Grief & Bereavement Coaching

Honoring your loss while gently guiding you toward healing and renewed purpose.

About This Service

Grief is one of the most profound human experiences, and there is no right or wrong way to grieve. At Your Way Coaching Services, our bereavement counsellors provide gentle, compassionate support as you navigate the complex emotions that come with loss.

Whether you’ve lost a loved one, a relationship, a career, or a sense of identity, we honor your grief without rushing your healing. Our approach recognizes that grief is not a problem to be solved but a process to be supported.

Through individual and group settings, we help you develop coping frameworks, find meaning, and gradually rebuild a sense of hope and purpose — at your own pace, in your own way.

Frequently Asked Questions

There’s no timeline for seeking support. Some people benefit from immediate counselling, while others come months or years later. Whenever you feel ready, or whenever grief begins interfering with your daily life, is the right time.

Absolutely. Grief has no expiration date. While the intensity often changes over time, it’s completely normal to experience waves of grief long after a loss. Counselling can help you navigate these waves with greater ease.

Yes. We provide age-appropriate grief support for children and adolescents, using creative and therapeutic techniques to help young people express and process their feelings of loss.

Grief is not limited to death. Loss of a relationship, a job, health, identity, or a way of life are all valid forms of grief. We support all kinds of loss with the same compassion and expertise.
